E Z LAYAWAY TODAY is an alternative for customers who want to spread out payment of their expenses over a period of time to enable them to make the purchases needed for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays, graduations, housewarmings etc. Perhaps even something for yourself!
Five ($5.00) non refundable layaway fee.
Twenty (20%) deposit includes shipping, layaway fee, and CT. tax if applicable.
Balance to be paid in four (4) installments.
Payments to be made every fifteen (15) days. If payment due date falls on a weekend, payment will be due on following Monday. If you cannot make scheduled payment, please contact us immediately.

Total Charge $105.00 X 20% = $21.00 DEPOSIT
Balance Due: $84.00 payable in four (4) additional installments of $21.00 due on the fifteenth (15th) day, thirtieth (30th) day, forty fifth (45th) day and final payment on the sixtieth (60th) day after date of purchase.
Upon receipt of final payment, order will be processed. If your item is out of stock at this time you will have three (3) options:
1. Wait for new shipment
2. 100% refund of all money including $5.00 layaway fee
3.Apply payments toward purchase of any other item in our store. You may cancel layaway anytime before final payment is made by notifying CustomerCare@FUNandFUNCTIONLLC.com. In the event of cancellation we will offer you two (2) options:
Refund all money less a cancellation fee of $15.00
OR
Apply your money toward a future purchase
You will receive a copy of your layaway schedule.
Approximately 72 hours before a payment is due we will email you a notice that your next payment is coming due via PayPal. You can then go into your PayPal account and send payment. If you do not have PayPal we will provide an address to send a check as payment.
Once final payment is received we will email a receipt acknowledging payment in full and process your order.
